Little Spoon was founded in 2017 by Ben Levis and Angela Vranich, a husband and wife team, who noticed a lack of convenient and healthy food options for little ones. The company was created with the vision of making parents lives easier while providing fresh, nutritious meals and snacks to support children at every stage. The meals are freshly made, expertly crafted and ready in minutes. They contain clean, high quality ingredients, many of which are organic or non-GMO, and they meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Little Spoon is the first kids’ food brand in the U.S. to set strict limits for more than 500 toxins and contaminants for all of their baby food products,  voluntarily adhering to  EU safety guidelines for baby food.

You’ll start by selecting a plan type, answering a few questions about your little one’s age and eating preference, then selecting meals and snacks for your kiddo in his or her favorite flavors.

2. Enjoy Convenient Home Delivery
Little Spoon will deliver your meals packed in ice to preserve quality and freshness. Orders are received every two weeks, but you can shift shipments or cancel anytime.

3. Serve
Some meals and snacks can be enjoyed right out of the package; others require a quick heat-up before serving—most are ready in a minute or less.

The price you’ll pay for your Little Spoon order depends on the product plan you select. At the time of this review, the Baby Blends start at $3.32 per blend, the Biteables and Plates start at $6.49 per meal, the Lunchers start at $7.92 per meal, and the organic Smoothie and YoGo pouches start at $2.82 per pouch. The Organic Baby Oatmeal Cereal costs $5.99 for each multi-serving bag, and the Organic Rice-Free Puffs cost $3.99 per multi-serving bag.

Each of the company’s product categories has its own pricing tiers. When you add more products to your box, you can unlock discounts—as you add items to your box, you’ll notice a progress bar in your account that shows when you’re close to claiming a discount.

Little Spoon also offers discounts for members of the military and families with twins or triplets, and they have a referral program.
