With Noom Med, you’ll get access to:

• Expert medical support and medication management: A licensed clinician can prescribe weight loss medications, including branded and compounded GLP-1s plus oral options, if you qualify.
• Easy telehealth access: Meet with healthcare professionals from home for fast, convenient support, plus get prescriptions shipped directly to your door. 
• Ongoing clinical care: Receive medical evaluations, personalized treatment plans and ongoing guidance from a dedicated Care Team.
• GLP-1 Companion: Available directly within the Noom app, access curated educational content, the Muscle Defense™ fitness program designed to help users retain muscle mass, and in-app tools to maximize your success plus protect your health while taking GLP-1s. 

While all Noom Med plans include the aforementioned features, the types of weight loss medications may vary based on your unique needs. After a detailed health assessment, Noom will recommend one of the following plans for you to choose from. 

GLP-1Rx Program (Includes Non-Branded Medication in Price)

Starting at $149 for the first month, this option is best for people who want access to GLP-1s without insurance and includes all of Noom’s behavioral online content and tools, as well as a compounded generic GLP-1 (most likely semaglutide) injection that will be delivered right to your door. This program also includes one-on-one access to a clinical care team to discuss any treatment questions and help you make any updates to your dosing or treatment plan. This pricing for this plan will increase after the first month and typically will be billed in three-month increments.¹

Noom’s Microdose GLP-1Rx Program

For people who are concerned about side effects or who want to lose weight at a more sustainable pace, Noom also offers a Microdose GLP-1Rx Program that incorporates a much smaller dose compared to the standard plans. Microdosing uses a lower dose of medication designed to minimize side effects, and support stable, meaningful weight loss results.² This program starts at $99³ for the first month and includes medication, along with access to a clinical care team, dose optimization guidance, coaching support and more custom content you’d expect from Noom. 

For those who prefer a medication that is not an injection, Noom Med also provides a plan featuring the oral weight loss pill, Metformin, starting at $69 for the first month including medication.

Noom Med (Telehealth for Branded Medication)

This option makes it easy for customers to directly connect with clinicians who can prescribe branded GLP-1s like Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® through your insurance. Noom’s clinical team can evaluate you and provide a prescription if appropriate to be filled at your preferred pharmacy. Pricing starts at $69⁴ for the first month before auto-renewing at a slightly higher price point. While this includes access to Noom’s expert clinical care team and behavioral program, the actual medication is not included in this cost and will vary based on your insurance coverage.

4. Use Noom’s daily tools: Complete short lessons, track your meals, log habits and follow science-backed strategies to build healthier routines, including content specifically for people taking GLP-1s with the Noom GLP-1 Companion.
