How it Works

The NuWave OxyPure Smart Air Purifier has a 5-stage filtration system: That’s five filters, doing five different things to clean your air. The first is a Pre-Filter, which is made of durable stainless steel and designed to capture larger pollutants and allergens from the air, like pollen, pet hair and dander. Filter two is a high-tech Bio-Guard filter—it uses 8000V of electrostatic charge (or Electrostatic Precipitation) to capture 100 percent of pollutants as small as 0.09 microns, and eliminate up to 99.99 percent of airborne bacteria, and 99.96 percent of airborne flu viruses, and mold within two hours. The third filter is for ozone emissions removal, as well as other harmful airborne chemicals.
